Forms for New and Continuing Clients
When retaining our services, there are two important forms, The Waiver
of Appearance and The Fee Agreement.
The Waiver of Appearance form is used in cases where the court does not require the appearance of the client. This form is only used in certain cases and will not be used unless Scott C. Robertson Law Office, P.C. has agreed to appear in the client’s absence. In other cases, it is very important for the Client to appear in court because in some cases, if the Client does not appear, they will possibly be arrested. In some cases, if the client does not appear, they could have their driver’s license revoked. If Scott C. Robertson Law Office, P. C. has agreed to appear in your absence in court, please return a signed Waiver of Appearance form to srobertson62@gmail.com or to 113 Cabarrus Avenue, East Concord NC, 28025.

The Fee Agreement outlines the representation agreement and cost for infractions in District Court, and for some misdemeanors in District Court. If Scott C. Robertson Law Office, P.C. has agreed to represent the client, and to document the terms of representation with this form, the form should be completed, signed, and returned before the court date to srobertson62@gmail.com, or to 113 Cabarrus Avenue East, Concord, NC, 28025. The case is best identified in the first blank space of the agreement by placing the case number or citation number in that blank.
